Padel formats
Round Robin padel: fixed pairs, everyone plays everyone
Round Robin keeps partners together. Enter fixed pairs and each pair plays every other pair once. It is the format for teams who came to compete as teams.
When Round Robin works
Choose it for club leagues, corporate days and friends who arrive as pairs. The result answers a clear question: which pair beat the rest.
How it works in Pablo Padel
You enter complete two-player pairs, so the roster must be an even number of at least four players. Pablo calculates the number of rounds from the pairs and courts, and generates fixtures so that each pair meets each other pair once.
More courts means fewer rounds, because several matches run at the same time.
What Pablo does
Fixed pairs
Pair partners together; each pair stays together for the whole event.
Rounds calculated for you
The round count comes from pairs and courts, so there is nothing to guess.
Odd pair counts
An odd number of pairs needs a resting pair each rotation. Limited courts can mean additional sit-outs.
Simple entry
Paste a list of names, then reorder pairs or shuffle them.
| Round | Court 1 | Court 2 |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Pair 1 v Pair 4 | Pair 2 v Pair 3 |
| 2 | Pair 1 v Pair 3 | Pair 4 v Pair 2 |
| 3 | Pair 1 v Pair 2 | Pair 3 v Pair 4 |
